Mission
Mental health is a life-long journey that ebbs and flows. Exploring and healing from symptoms of mental health negatively impacting our daily lives is scary and challenging; and sometimes, we need the support of mental health professionals trained in specific approaches to help create new patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
“Fit” is everything when it comes to diving into those deep therapeutic waters—it’s important to feel seen, heard, and safe. Sharing personal thoughts and feelings can be very vulnerable, and it is something I do not take lightly. By sharing a little about myself, I hope to show my clients I am a fellow human along for the ride—experiencing all of life’s daily struggles and victories.
I am passionate about helping others. Any age, any background—all are welcome here. When I’m not “therapisting”, I enjoy being in the great outdoors with my husband, daughter, and dog, as well as cooking, reading, and creating stained glass artwork.
I’m glad you’re here. I honor your willingness to take this leap, and look forward to supporting and encouraging you along the way.
